Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and their household/immediate family members are not eligible.

Entry Period & How to Enter
To enter, (a) register for Sponsor’s free webinar taking place on October 20, 2025, and (b) attend the live webinar. Entry is limited to one (1) per person. Entries (registrations) received after the webinar begins are ineligible. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $200 Golf Galaxy gift card. Gift card issuer terms and conditions apply. No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment permitted except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Winner Selection & Odds
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted live during the webinar on October 20, 2025 from among all eligible attendees present. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible attendees present at the drawing.

Winner Notification & Verification
The selected entrant will be announced during the webinar and contacted via the email used to register. The selected entrant may be required to complete and return an eligibility affidavit and/or IRS Form W-9 (if applicable) within 5 business days. If the selected entrant does not respond or is ineligible, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Prize Delivery & Taxes
Prize will be delivered electronically or by mail at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly stated as provided.

Publicity
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Rules or in a disruptive manner. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or other causes that interfere with participation or the drawing.

Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

Privacy
Personal information collected is used to administer the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Disputes
Governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the United States.
